Winc is looking for a Part-Time HR Administrator, who will be responsible for providing customer-centric HR generalist support for Winc staff nationally. The role assists the team in administration, recruitment, remuneration and benefits, performance management and learning and development initiatives. The role is part-time, 3 days per week, which may be split across the week to accommodate other commitments.

Principle accountabilities

Providing line managers and employees with commercial HR support and advice whilst appropriately managing business risk (advice on HR policies, procedures and processes)
General HR administration for the national HR team
Responding to or escalating queries from employees
Producing employment contracts for HR and Recruitment Teams
Set up, audit and administration of employee files
Onboarding of new talent into the business
Coordination of employee benefit related education activities, Our Heroes values recognition program
Ongoing maintenance of data in our HRIS system
Maintenance of content within our learning management system (iLearn) and learning & development reporting
Completion of scheduled and adhoc reporting as required by the business.

What we look for

Previous experience in administrative role
High degree of accuracy in written & verbal communication
Advanced Microsoft Office and excel skills and previous experience using SAP HRIS (not essential)
Understanding or willingness to learn Australian employment legislation trends and practices
A team player and self-starter
Solutions focused with a strong ability to problem solve
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and highly organized, with a passion for high service delivery.
